Dr. Vandana Vaidyanathan provides research expertise and consultation in the areas of board effectiveness, organizational transformation, leadership development, and individual and team assessment. Recent projects include board governance and effectiveness reviews, CEO succession, organizational transformation to support strategy implementation, and executive leadership assessment.
Richard Ellis is a certified Executive Coach, brand strategist and communications expert. He works closely with executive teams to help unlock individual and group potential. Richard’s distinctive approach includes a focus on reputation management, leadership development, executive presence, and presentation skills training. He is an experienced issues management specialist and brings a unique global business experience and cultural awareness to his work. Richard is President of the Ellis Strategy Group.
With 20 years of consulting experience across multiple sectors in the UK and internationally, Steve Kelly combines deep analytical rigor with collaborative content development to address client’s unique organizational challenges. Based in London, UK, Steve brings this experience and insight to CEO and executive succession assignments along with his work in governance and organizational effectiveness.
