Marylee O’Neill works with CEOs as they anticipate and lead transformation and transition in implementing strategy. Recent client work includes assisting CEOs in the insurance, energy and financial sectors to increase capacity and capability and deliver on growth strategies. Marylee has also undertaken board governance reviews, CEO playbook development, and CEO and board succession.

She is practical and action-oriented, with an ability to engage front-line managers as well as senior executives. Recent projects involve C-suite competency assessment, organizational design, and strategy execution.
Dr. Vandana Vaidyanathan provides research expertise and consultation in the areas of board effectiveness, organizational transformation, leadership development, and individual and team assessment. Recent projects include board governance and effectiveness reviews, CEO succession, organizational transformation to support strategy implementation, and executive leadership assessment.
Dr. Janice Simpson helps leaders become more strategic communicators and build their organization’s communication capacity. She works with executives to clarify their leadership story, finding authentic language that will resonate with diverse constituencies and inspire action. An accomplished writer with global business experience in multiple sectors, she has also co-authored books and reports on a wide variety of topics.
